These are not your grocery store croissants. Hand-laminated and slow-fermented over several days, our sourdough croissants are a labor of love—flaky, complexly flavored, and made the old-fashioned way. We use organic, unbleached flour, high-quality butter, and our in house starter ‘Frances’ to naturally leaven these croissants. The results are pastries worth savoring with crispy golden layers, and tender, airy interiors.
